Your Mission at Epassi: You’ll play a pivotal role driving the growth and commercial success of our Marketplace. Our Marketplace brings together trusted third‑party benefit solutions integrated seamlessly into the award‑winning Zest platform, enabling clients to offer their employees richer, more flexible benefits. Your role is to make that ecosystem thrive: increase adoption of partner solutions, deepen partner relationships, and ensure our Marketplace consistently delivers value to clients and end users.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketplace offerings are clearly positioned, effectively delivered, and aligned with client needs, market expectations, and legal requirements.
