Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with company requirements.
- Maintain optimal stock levels through proactive inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure on‑time deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure supplier performance and quality standards are met.
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and budget.
- Cost Control & Documentation
- Monitor pricing, cost trends, and supplier competitiveness.
- Maintain procurement records and update the purchasing system.
- Assist in budget forecasting and cost reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements in procurement operations.
- Support sustainability initiatives through responsible sourcing.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
