Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review installations to ensure compliance with EPAS product standards, technical guidelines, and UK industry regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess installation quality and provide technical recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot installation or operational issues and provide on-site or remote support.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on installation, servicing, and maintenance for technicians, contractors, and customers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries regarding technical aspects of EPAS products.
  • Assess customer satisfaction with installations and provide feedback for service improvements.
  • Technical & Compliance Oversight
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, installation reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify potential design or operational improvements.
  • Support customers in optimising product placement and design for maximum efficiency.
  • Key Requirements
  • Experience in technical support, field service, or installation within a related industry.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation or operational challenges.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and explain technical concepts to various audiences.
  • A clean full UK driving licence (as travel to customer sites may be required).
  • Auto CAD experience for reviewing and planning installation layouts or technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with UK wastewater and drainage industry standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
