We're looking for a Security Engineer to join our team in London in hybrid working mode. We are seeking a Security Specialist to support enterprise security operations, focusing on triage, monitoring, and incident response for potential threats impacting personnel and business activities.
Responsibilities
- Triage security-related issues while providing strong customer service to maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor and respond to security incidents that could impact personnel or business continuity
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the safety of personnel and business operations
- Develop and enhance GSRS processes and procedures for continuous improvement
- Analyze and communicate risk information to decision-makers to enable timely actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging threats and ensure information is shared effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 4+ years of experience in security operations, intelligence, incident management, or security operations center environments
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and crisis response coordination
- Ability to assess threats critically and adapt to dynamic operational scenarios
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center, emergency service control room or similar command center environment
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in risk or incident management processes
- Exposure to intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT) or social media research
- Experience using technology platforms for risk tracking and escalation workflows
