We\’re looking for a seasoned, strategic Project Manager to join the core Program Management Team, driving one of the most high-impact Market Transformation initiatives in the industry.
This is a front-line change leadership role – working directly with senior stakeholders across the front office, COO, risk, and technology to deliver complex, business-critical projects that will redefine how the bank operates. Please note that working on-site is required 3-4 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Program Initiative Leads to deliver strategic priorities on time and at scale
- Lead and facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder sessions to define requirements, shape solutions, and lock in delivery plans
- Provide expert guidance and constructive challenge to ensure initiatives align with long-term strategy
- Oversee interdependencies across multiple workstreams, collaborating closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams
- Proactively identify risks and resolve challenges, escalating where necessary with clarity and authority
- Engage senior stakeholders continuously, ensuring they are aligned, informed, and supportive
- Produce clear, insightful updates and materials for executive committees and governance forums
- Build strong, trusted relationships across functions to ensure cohesive execution of complex programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, strategic transformation programs in capital markets or investment banking
- Significant experience within the Front Office / COO space, delivering tangible outcomes
- Strong ability to scope, prioritise, and execute complex initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills – persuasive, clear, and confident with senior audiences
- Solid understanding of performance tracking, governance, and reporting mechanisms
- A collaborative but assertive leadership style, able to influence and challenge at all levels
- Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving capability
- Preferred 10+ years\’ experience in financial services, ideally within capital markets
- Experience in regulatory change programs
- Bachelor\’s or advanced degree
- Hands-on experience working directly with Front Office stakeholders
