We're looking for a Security Engineer to join our team in London in hybrid working mode. We are seeking a Security Specialist to support enterprise security operations, focusing on triage, monitoring, and incident response for potential threats impacting personnel and business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Triage security-related issues while providing strong customer service to maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents that could impact personnel or business continuity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the safety of personnel and business operations
  • Develop and enhance GSRS processes and procedures for continuous improvement
  • Analyze and communicate risk information to decision-makers to enable timely actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging threats and ensure information is shared effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in security operations, intelligence, incident management, or security operations center environments
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and crisis response coordination
  • Ability to assess threats critically and adapt to dynamic operational scenarios
  • Experience working in a Security Operations Center, emergency service control room or similar command center environment

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience in risk or incident management processes
  • Exposure to intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT) or social media research
  • Experience using technology platforms for risk tracking and escalation workflows
