About the Role
As one of the world's leading digital transformation service providers, we are expanding our Data Practice across Europe to meet increasing client demand. We seek a Gen AI Solution Architect specializing in agentic workflows to join our consultancy team at EPAM. The candidate will design and implement advanced AI solutions focusing on autonomous systems and agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in complex environments. This role requires deep technical and strategic understanding of AI, excellent communication, and leadership skills to drive client transformations.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced Gen AI solutions focusing on agentic workflows to meet client needs.
- Lead development and integration of AI systems aligned with business objectives and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and lead system design efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends in AI and cloud technologies, integrating new findings.
- Work with clients to define requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback.

Requirements
- 10+ years in technology roles with a focus on AI and cloud tech.
- Proven expertise in agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of data science, machine learning algorithms, and statistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
