In this role, you will take ownership of delivering strategic technology initiatives across supply, trading and logistics functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive execution, strengthen operational efficiency and enable scalable, integrated solutions across complex supply chain and commercial environments.
This position requires strong expertise in IT project delivery, stakeholder management and technology-driven process improvement within trading, distribution and supply operations. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex supply and trading technology projects through the appropriate lifecycle: mobilization, definition, execution, transition and closureEstablish clear outcomes, scope, success measures, delivery milestones, ownership and acceptance criteriaBuild and lead multidisciplinary teams, creating shared accountability and removing obstacles to deliveryMaintain focus on business value and ensure priorities align with the agreed strategy and business caseDevelop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, schedule, resources, costs, dependencies, quality, assurance and transition activitiesOwn project financial management, including forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis and corrective actionManage scope through structured change control, ensuring impacts on value, cost, schedule, risk and resources are understood before decisions are madeEstablish effective governance, decision rights, reporting and escalation routes with sponsors and key stakeholdersIdentify, assess and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating with clear options and recommendations8+ years of experience in working within supply, trading, logistics or commercial operations xohmjla environmentsBackground delivering projects across distribution operations, terminals, supply chain, transportation or contracts managementKnowledge of digital delivery, project management standards and professional capability developmentFamiliarity with assurance, governance and control requirements in complex operational environmentsAbility to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders and teams across business and technologyExpertise in financial management, forecasting, cost tracking and variance analysisCompetence managing structured change control processesExperience preparing projects for assurance and governance reviews, ensuring evidence, decisions and actions are traceable
