When digital platform alliances stall, the gap between strategy and results grows fast. The Head of Digital Platform Alliances role (Hybrid based on business requirements) sits at the centre of a global network where content, commerce and marketing technology partnerships shape the future of digital experience. This is a mandate to drive impact across North America and EMEA, working with a portfolio of leading vendors and a team of alliance professionals. The person in this role sets the pace for how partnerships evolve as the market shifts, especially as AI changes the landscape. The role holder decides how far and how fast EPAM's digital platform alliances move.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of alliance managers across content, commerce and MarTech partners in North America and EMEA, setting clear goals and managing performance.
  • Define and execute the Digital Platform Alliances strategy, including partner prioritisation, investment and portfolio planning.
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with partner leadership and key EPAM stakeholders including executive sponsors for each strategic partner.
  • Own joint go-to-market plans with each partner, working with sales, marketing, practices and account leaders to create qualified pipeline and influence revenue.
  • Set and manage KPIs for sourced and influenced partner revenue, pipeline, partner tier status, certifications and specialisations.
  • Work with solution and delivery leaders to develop joint offerings, accelerators and customer stories.
  • Oversee deal registration, partner programme compliance and business reviews in coordination with Alliances Operations.
  • Represent EPAM at partner events, executive briefings and industry conferences and plan EPAM's own partner-led events.
  • Track partner roadmaps, programme changes and the competitive landscape and adapt strategy as the market moves.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners and make the case for investment in emerging platforms.
  • Champion hands-on use of AI tools within your own ways of working and across the team as EPAM's partner ecosystem evolves around AI.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel or business development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of alliance or partnership professionals, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Background in a systems integrator or consulting-led environment or in a partnerships leadership role at a digital experience technology company (content, commerce or MarTech).
  • Strong understanding of the digital platform ecosystem, including CMS, DXP, commerce, personalisation and marketing technology vendors.
  • Track record of growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience building executive relationships at partner organisations and influencing senior stakeholders inside a large, matrixed company.
  • Working knowledge of partner programme mechanics: tiering, deal registration, certifications, co-sell and marketing development funds.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate an AI mindset through current use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel to partner events and EPAM offices in North America and EMEA.

Nice to have:

  • Existing relationships with Adobe, Sitecore, Shopify, Contentful or other EPAM digital platform partners.
  • Experience with partner ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam and PRM platforms.
  • Experience taking over an established team and portfolio and leading a transition.

We offer:

  • EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Protection benefits including life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover.
  • Private medical insurance and dental care.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Competitive group pension plan.
  • Cyclescheme, Techscheme and season ticket loans.
  • Various perks such as free Wednesday lunch in-office, on-site massages and regular social events.
  • Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses.
  • If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program.
  • If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program.

*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements.
