EPAM is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our new ServiceNow practice in the UK. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for enterprise-level clients, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
You will contribute strategically to the expansion of EPAM\’s ServiceNow practice, enhancing its capabilities, scalability, and market presence.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements, analyze pain points and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB or CSM to meet client needs
- Develop and script advanced workflows, integrations and functionalities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs and other ServiceNow tools
- Perform system administration tasks, including user role management, environment upgrades and performance monitoring
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams, project managers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with objectives
- Drive continuous process improvements by staying updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and applying best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or defects, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal disruptions
- Document design specifications, workflows and solution architecture for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD or other enterprise-grade solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting tools, Glide APIs and integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in applying them to ServiceNow implementations
- Hands-on expertise in creating and customizing workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and UI policies within ServiceNow
- Prior experience in designing and deploying integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications or systems
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
- Advanced certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM are highly preferred
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as AngularJS, HTML or Bootstrap is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a client-centric mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
