We're looking for a Recruiter to join our hybrid team in Newcastle.
In this role, you will work alongside a Lead Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple business units in an AI-native technology consultancy. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to source and attract top talent, leveraging modern strategies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced search techniques and AI-based tools
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and research
- Conduct screening and evaluation to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit
- Provide support to end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions
- Maintain accurate records and reports in applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI, technology and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the sourcing and recruitment process
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in technology recruitment within an agency or in-house setting
- Strong sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using Boolean search, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing and day-to-day recruitment activities
- Familiarity with technology-related roles and ability to understand technical skill sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment

- Experience with commercial roles in IT consulting environment
