Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving impactful partnerships and business growth? EPAM is seeking a Microsoft Alliance Manager to join the team in London in a hybrid working set up to lead and expand our Microsoft partnership across the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) region. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a partner strategy that delivers qualified pipeline, elevates EPAM’s brand and drives revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, sales, account management and delivery, to maximize the value of our Microsoft alliance. Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion and deepening of EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft across UKI, engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating closely with the Global Alliance Lead to align on global objectives.
- Co-create and implement innovative GTM strategies with both internal teams and Microsoft counterparts, focusing on accelerating joint business opportunities and market penetration.
- Partner with Business Units, sales, technical teams and marketing to develop and execute strategic growth plans, ensuring alignment and maximizing pipeline generation.
- Work with EPAM solution experts to shape offerings, drive innovation and grow targeted accounts.
- Set, track and achieve KPIs for partner-sourced revenue, pipeline growth and joint client success, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Represent EPAM at high-impact industry events, forums and partner summits to elevate brand visibility and foster executive-level relationships.
- Manage partner deal registrations, ensure compliance with alliance processes and prepare/present strategic plans and performance results to EPAM and Microsoft leadership during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Maintain expert-level awareness of Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem, emerging technologies, competitive landscape and market trends to proactively inform alliance strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and/or alliances experience in the Cloud space, emphasizing Cloud expertise.
- 7+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology and channel management.
- Preferably worked with or for Microsoft in the region, with a professional network within Microsoft.
- Demonstrated experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environments and partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Proficient in managing relationships, business development, pipelines and processes.
- Able to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining a proactive team-player attitude.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English is required.
