We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that address enterprise business needs and improve workflows
- Leverage new platform capabilities to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
- Guide and mentor developers and engineers, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with partners and clients to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions and architectures
- Develop products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and contribute to internal intellectual property

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
- Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and influencing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
