We're looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – BFSI to join our hybrid team in the United Kingdom. In this EMEA-focused role, you will define and lead the marketing strategy that supports the growth of EPAM’s Banking, Financial Services and Insurance business across its key sectors.
As the strategic marketing partner to the BFSI business and sales leadership, you will translate market dynamics, client priorities and EPAM capabilities into a differentiated go-to-market strategy that builds market relevance, creates demand and accelerates pipeline and revenue growth. You will work collaboratively across business units, solutions, alliances and marketing functions to connect client needs with EPAM’s strengths and bring them to market.
Responsibilities
- Define the BFSI go-to-market marketing strategy including long-term vision, value propositions, audience priorities and growth opportunities
- Translate market and client insights into actionable marketing plans informed by trends, buyer priorities and competitive activity
- Develop differentiated industry positioning and narratives that align EPAM’s offerings with client challenges and market opportunities
- Partner with business and sales leadership to align marketing objectives and scorecards with business growth targets
- Drive pipeline and sales acceleration through integrated programmes that support strategic accounts, large deals and cross-sell opportunities
- Shape and activate the BFSI portfolio by identifying priority offerings and orchestrating launch plans
- Lead integrated go-to-market programmes across thought leadership, campaigns, ABM, digital and events
- Build joint activations with alliance partners to maximise ecosystem opportunities in marketing and demand generation
- Create C-level sales enablement assets, playbooks and thought leadership to strengthen EPAM’s position in the market
- Establish a data-driven approach to performance measurement, campaign optimisation and return on marketing investment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B go-to-market, industry or solutions marketing within technology services, consulting or similar environments
- Strong experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance industry with understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscape and digital transformation priorities
- Proven ability to turn business strategy into actionable marketing plans and measurable programmes
- Track record in developing positioning, value propositions and industry-relevant messaging for complex offerings
- Experience orchestrating integrated programmes involving content, thought leadership, ABM, digital, events and partnerships
- Strong executive presence with ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior business, sales and client stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global matrix and influence without direct authority
- Understanding of technology ecosystems including hyperscalers, ISVs and strategic partners
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
