In this role, you will own portfolio-level accountability for multiple workstreams in a complex, regulated energy-trading environment. You will drive delivery governance, commercial oversight and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with rigorous control frameworks. This is a strategic position requiring deep knowledge of IT delivery, regulatory considerations and operational excellence across global trading platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client stakeholders on EPAM delivery topics, ensuring unified and timely communicationLead governance activities including status reporting, KPI tracking, risk management and milestone alignment across multiple workstreamsDrive monthly governance forums and Quarterly Business Reviews with domain-specific and program-level reportingOwn escalations end to end, executing corrective actions and maintaining delivery stability while protecting team focusPlan, execute and control programs using the client's Project Delivery Framework, ensuring compliance and robust audit trailsManage scope, budget, schedule, risk and benefits across the portfolio, applying effective change control mechanismsCoordinate transitions of scope into EPAM ownership through structured knowledge transfer and capability assessmentsLead vendor consolidation efforts by integrating split scope, rationalizing processes, and stabilizing delivery modelsEnsure portfolio delivery at scale with multiple concurrent initiatives, complex dependencies and critical timelinesMaintain operational resilience within highly regulated, real-time trading environments where delivery accuracy is paramount20+ years of experience in IT with proven success delivering large, complex programs across enterprise environmentsExpertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks and financial control for multi-million-dollar programsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executive sponsors and navigate challenging conversationsDeep understanding of regulated trading environments, including compliance-driven IT operations and risk mitigation practicesProficiency in program planning, RAID management and structured delivery methodologiesStrong knowledge of resource management, financial forecasting and P&L accountabilityExperience in vendor consolidation, transition planning and operating within multi-supplier landscapesDemonstrated ability to manage cross-project dependencies and deliver integrated solutions under constrained release windowsExcellent oral and written communication, leadership skills and conflict resolution capabilitiesHands-on experience with governance reporting, KPI dashboards and IT audit complianceExposure to energy trading or commodities environmentsFamiliarity with ETRM platforms and downstream or renewables technology portfoliosExperience working with Project Delivery Frameworks and SOX compliance in trading systemsAbility to lead process optimization and transition risk management efficiently
