Overview
In this role, you drive the delivery of enterprise AppSec programs and the AI-Native Cyber Resilience initiative. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable risk reduction while aligning security outcomes with business goals. You translate security findings into actionable executive reporting and steer governance, milestones, and financial performance. This is a high-impact position focused on scalable remediation and integrating AI-driven techniques into security processes. You help build resilient application security as a core business capability.
Responsibilities
- Steer roadmaps, governance, risks, impediments, and financial performance of enterprise AppSec programs
- Lead integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into security processes to address high-risk findings at machine speed
- Establish and govern systems to validate, deduplicate, and rank security findings by exploitability, business context, and impact
- Create clear evaluation criteria and actionable reporting to provide an integrated view of security posture across portfolios
- Translate AppSec metrics, AI KPIs and risk milestones into executive-level reporting for portfolio leaders and C-levels
Key requirements
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs with strong emphasis on Application Security
- Industry-recognized security certification (CSSLP, CISM, CISSP or equivalent)
- Experience or strong familiarity with AI optimization, agentic workflows, LLM integration or automated security pipelines
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, AppSec vulnerabilities, risk evaluation, and executive stakeholder management
- Strong capability in governing cross-functional engineering teams, program financials, and governance models
