We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts for ServiceNow implementations, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business analysis function for ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design and development.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives.
- Support testing, training and change management activities.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts on the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including excellent knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules and integrations (experience with SNOW in public sector is a plus).
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience in consulting or working with global clients is preferred.
