EPAM is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide efficient and professional administrative support to our growing Consumer & Services Business Unit. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks to support team operations and ensure smooth day‑to‑day activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and balancing priorities effectively
- Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
- Create and reconcile expense reports in line with company policies
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new joiners integrate smoothly
- Serve as a liaison between office professionals and other departments
- Organize and support team events, meetings and conferences
- Prepare and update HR and administrative reports as required
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs and team‑building activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in diary management, scheduling and expense reconciliation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and able to handle priorities in a dynamic environment
- Friendly, collaborative and able to build strong relationships
- Independent worker with a commitment to high‑quality output
- Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure
