We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Newcastle, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.In this role, you will focus on sourcing and hiring technical professionals across Data Analytics & AI, AI Engineering and Enterprise/Cloud Architecture. You will partner with hiring managers and work closely with a Lead Recruiter to support EPAM’s rapidly expanding Data & AI practice within an AI-native consulting environment.You will drive recruitment strategies, develop proactive talent pipelines and leverage modern recruitment methodologies, including AI-driven sourcing, to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
