We're looking for a Recruiter to join our hybrid team in Newcastle.In this role, you will work alongside a Lead Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple business units in an AI-native technology consultancy. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to source and attract top talent, leveraging modern strategies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.EPAM isn't just adopting AI, we're leading in agentic AI services for clients globally.
