We're looking for an End User Support Engineer to join our team in Manchester, United Kingdom, in an on-site working mode. In this role, you will provide in-person technical support for end users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and connectivity. You will handle device provisioning, troubleshooting, and asset management while adhering to established processes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provision, image, deploy, refresh, and decommission desktops and laptops
- Support peripherals including monitors, docks, input devices, and AV accessories
- Coordinate hardware repair, warranty, and vendor services
- Perform asset management activities including inventory, tagging, tracking, and audits
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
- Support identity and access processes including onboarding, offboarding, MFA, and permissions
- Provide conference room and meeting space technology support
Qualifications
- Experience in end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop provisioning, imaging, and deployment
- Familiarity with asset management practices and tools
- Understanding of operating system and application installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with identity and access management processes
- Ability to support mobile devices and MDM solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow documented processes and maintain accurate records
