We're looking for an Engagement & Delivery Manager to join our team in Guernsey in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will have a significant impact on shaping client strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering long-term partnerships that enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage the successful delivery of complex technology programs to achieve quality and performance objectives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within client accounts.
  • Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, resources, and risk management to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct workshops, client presentations, and regular status meetings to ensure transparency and engagement.
  • Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and onboarding for new projects.
  • Track and report delivery progress, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and technology delivery management.
  • Prior experience in the Public/Government sector working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of managing complex projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions implementation and integration with business processes.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions or demonstrated commitment to adopting emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Guernsey and travel as needed.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation projects.
