The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.
We offer an excellent working environment in our new facility, with full training, development and career progression opportunities. £12.60 to £14.00 per hour, based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 5-day week 8am until 4.30pm, occasional shift and occasional weekend work.
Having own transport will be required for this position, as the site is not serviced by Public Transport.

RPA Manufacturing Ltd, is a leading specialist ammunition manufacturer working within the global Defence Industry. Established for over 15 years, we have recently moved to a brand-new facility due to continued expansion. We are an approved supplier to many Defence Organisations in the UK and worldwide, currently exporting to over 30 countries.
The move has created an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our team. This position is suited to a well-disciplined person with a methodical approach and an eye for detail, someone who is looking to advance within a growing organisation.
This position is based in our Production Department and answers to the Factory Manager.
Production Operative Responsibilities and Duties:- Manual and automated assembly of various types of energetic products.
- Carefully following manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), whilst adhering to safe working practices.
- Good housekeeping is essential. It is important to always maintain an organised clean work area.
- Having responsibility for carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing operations to ensure quality is built in, and that any defects or concerns are highlighted and dealt with immediately.
- Demonstrable experience in manufacturing operations is essential. (Specific job training will be given.)
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination.
- Good practical and technical skills.
- Good communication skills, able to share information clearly.
- IT and numerical skills, with basic computer literacy.
- Training and development with career progression opportunities.

- Staff referral reward £50 for employees who refer a candidate who is successfully employed and completes a 3-month probationary period.
