We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopping Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who can drive performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management of the shopping centre
- Lead and support on-site staff, contractors, and service providers
- Build strong relationships with tenants and ensure excellent occupier satisfaction
- Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security
