We currently have an opportunity for a Night House Leader (Senior Carer) to join our Eothen Homes family. The successful candidate will be based in our dementia care home in Wallsend. Night House Leader hours will be 36 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota, working 3 nights per week.

As Night House Leader, you will be expected to manage residents' medication and take responsibility for the running of the household, as well as demonstrating and promoting attitudes and beliefs consistent with being person-centred. You will lead the staff team to use their mix of skills to enhance the wellbeing of the people living at the home. Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential.
