The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Eothen Homes family, the successful candidate will be based in our care home in Whitley Bay. Day shift Team Leader hours will be 36-40 hours per week, on a 3 week rolling rota.
As Team Leader you will be expected to manage residents' medication, as well as demonstrating and promoting attitudes and beliefs consistent with being person-centred. You will lead the staff team to use their mix of skills to enhance the wellbeing of the people living at the home. You will be required to communicate openly and regularly through meetings, one-to-one supervisions, coaching alongside care assistants and domestics, and developing a clear strategy and plan that involves the full staff team.
