We currently have an opportunity for Team Leader to join our Eothen Homes family. The successful candidate will be based in our care home in Whitley Bay.

Day shift Team Leader hours will be 36 – 40 hours per week, on a 3 week rolling rota.

Responsibilities
  • Manage residents’ medication.
  • Demonstrate and promote attitudes and beliefs consistent with being person centred.
  • Lead the staff team to use their mix of skills to enhance the wellbeing of the people living at the home.
  • Communicate openly and regularly through meetings, one to one supervisions, coaching alongside care assistants and domestics.
  • Develop a clear strategy and plan that involves the full staff team.
Requirements
  • An enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check will be required.
