We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join Eothen Homes, Gosforth, working 40 hours per week (4 days), 10‑hour shifts over a 3‑week rolling rota.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a balanced and nutritious diet through a series of flexible menus suitable to the needs of residents.
  • Ensure a flexible approach so residents enjoy positive mealtime experiences.
  • Supervise Kitchen Assistants.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and catering best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent catering training.
  • Wide experience of good catering practice.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
