We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join Eothen Homes, Gosforth, working 40 hours per week (4 days), 10‑hour shifts over a 3‑week rolling rota.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a balanced and nutritious diet through a series of flexible menus suitable to the needs of residents.
- Ensure a flexible approach so residents enjoy positive mealtime experiences.
- Supervise Kitchen Assistants.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and catering best practices.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent catering training.
- Wide experience of good catering practice.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
