The predicted salary is between 22000 - 30000 £ per year.
We currently have an opportunity for Night Care Assistants to join Eothen Homes, Gosforth, working 36 hours per week (3 nights per week) & 24 hours per week (2 nights per week).
We are looking for someone who is intuitive and aware of what matters most in life, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy and who is committed to improving the quality of life for older people. A major part of your role will be to enable and support people to remain as independent as possible by adopting a person centred approach in an environment that feels like home. Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities- Provide physical support and personal care to the residents of the home, ensuring a person‑centred environment and promoting independence.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
- Fully funded BUPA cash back scheme (including dental, optical, prescriptions and therapies).
