About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex AV projects with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution. Ensure timely procurement and deployment of necessary equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Resource & Team Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring teams have the tools and information needed for success. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and address inquiries proactively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Quality Control & Risk Management: Oversee the installation and integration of AV systems, ensuring they meet quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues. Identify potential risks early and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing AV or technical projects, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and installation processes (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
