Our Company

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company, providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world's largest industry leaders, delivering forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture.

Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, alongside investing in and supporting our partners and employees.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Managed Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, global organisation.

The Role

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the operational lifecycle of customer orders across our Managed Services business. Acting as a key point of coordination between Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams, you will ensure customer purchase orders, contracts, pricing information, and service delivery data are accurately collected, validated, reconciled, and prepared for billing.

This role is focused on service revenue order management rather than finance. You will be responsible for ensuring all information required for invoicing is accurate and complete before handing it over to Finance for invoice generation and collections activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting contract administration, service onboarding, order processing, commercial compliance, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring customer orders progress efficiently through the business lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end operational management of customer orders from initial purchase order receipt through to billing readiness.
  • Review and validate customer purchase orders, contracts, pricing schedules, service agreements, and commercial documentation.
  • Ensure all required operational, contractual, and commercial information is accurately captured and maintained within business systems.
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure orders progress through operational processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Reconcile order information, service delivery records, and contractual requirements to ensure all services delivered are ready for billing.
  • Ensure all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate prior to handoff to Finance for invoice generation.
  • Identify and resolve order management, data quality, contract, and service-related issues before billing takes place.
  • Support customer onboarding activities, new service implementations, and service amendments.
  • Manage commercial changes including service additions, removals, renewals, and contract updates throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Act as a key point of contact for order administration and order-related enquiries across the business.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, service inventories, and contract documentation.
  • Produce operational and commercial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Support forecasting, renewals tracking, service reporting, and operational performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, data accuracy, and service delivery efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, Commercial Operations, Contract Administration, Service Delivery Coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience managing customer orders, purchase orders, contracts, or operational workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile large volumes of operational and commercial data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused or service-driven environment.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working within Managed Services, Technology Services, Telecommunications, Logistics, or other service-based industries.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, PSA, or order management systems.
  • Understanding of purchase order management, contract administration, service delivery processes, and revenue operations workflows.
  • Experience coordinating activities across Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, Procurement, and Finance functions.
  • Experience supporting recurring revenue or subscription-based service models.
