About the Role
As a Project Coordinator for Network Deployments at EOS IT Solutions, you will support the planning, coordination, and tracking of network infrastructure projects across data centre and co-location environments. Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, logistics teams, and external vendors, you will help ensure that deployment activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a data centre, construction, technology or networking background, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in network deployments, scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day activities for network deployment projects.
- Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and updating project plans and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, logistics teams, and external vendors.
- Help track cabling, hardware deliveries, equipment readiness, and site access requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, Bills of Materials (BoMs), reports, and status updates.
- Support issue management by escalating obstacles related to scheduling, inventory, or onsite activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation is stored, updated, and shared across project teams.
- Help identify simple process gaps and contribute to improving team workflows where appropriate.
- Ensure high-quality client service by strictly adhering to all approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within cross-functional or fast-paced organisational environments.
- Familiarity with co-location facilities or large-scale technical deployments.
- Basic understanding of network hardware, cabling, or physical infrastructure.
- Awareness of supply chain, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and documentation management.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in network deployments, project coordination, or operations.
- Exposure to network infrastructure, structured cabling, or technical environments.
- Experience supporting projects in data centres or similar facilities is an advantage.
