Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on repair, replacement, and installation of data centre hardware components (e.g., power supplies, fans, network cards) across the full lifecycle from deployment through to decommissioning and recycling
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and physical-layer troubleshooting, including cabling and port testing
- Manage inventory of spare parts and hardware to support timely repairs, upgrades, and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to coordinate hardware replacements and infrastructure setup while minimising disruption
- Maintain accurate documentation of repair activities, maintenance logs, and configuration updates
- Support emergency response efforts to resolve critical hardware issues efficiently
Eligibility Requirements
- Eligible to participate in a J-1 Exchange Visitor Programme (Intern or Trainee categories)
