We are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will help to support our global Audio Visual operations and work cross-functionally with our internal teams, and world leading organisations.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and Develop: Assist in creating detailed designs and technical drawings using CAD software, and collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Support project planning and management activities, monitor project timelines, and communicate progress to the team and stakeholders.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Help create prototypes and models, conduct tests and simulations, and analyze results to recommend improvements.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for designs, tests, and projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance, and support senior engineers in client meetings and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, participate in training programs, and suggest improvements to design processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Internship or project experience in design engineering is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Basic understanding of engineering principles and design standards. Familiarity with prototyping and testing methods.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
