Collections Advisor – £26,000 – Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 (Hybrid) Do you excel in a dynamic customer service environment? As a Collections Advisor, you’ll be contacting customers to discuss their outstanding debts and agree on repayment plans. The position requires you to work closely with vulnerable customers, offering tailored support while adhering to all debt collection guidelines and regulations, including the CSA code of conduct and legal requirements under the Data Protection Act and FCA rules.
