As a Collections Advisor, you’ll be contacting customers to discuss their outstanding debts and agree on repayment plans. This involves making and receiving calls, sticking to guidelines, and ensuring we comply with all relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:- Establish suitable repayment arrangements with customers, aligning with the portfolios acquired by the company.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- The position requires you to work closely with vulnerable customers, offering tailored support while adhering to all debt collection guidelines and regulations, including the CSA code of conduct and legal requirements under the Data Protection Act and FCA rules.
EOS Solutions UK PLC (“EOS UK”) is a debt purchase company based in Warrington. EOS UK is part of a bigger global group in more than 25 countries. EOS UK continues to grow and we are looking for a further 2 collectors due to acquisition of a new portfolio.
