POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managingstrategicprojects with the intent of driving positive sustained results and improving key performance indicators. The candidate will have a strong understanding of security concepts, proven successful experience implementing process change, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments, as well as communicate effectively up and down the organizational structure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, Lead and communicate plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
- Manage all contractors
- Manage all aspects of projects from procurement, design, installation etc.
- Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the completion of each projects\’ objectives.
- Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
- Conducts project closure activities to formalise and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a Project Management role.
- Exceptional people skills
- Project Management Certification strongly preferred
- Successful history of leading, managing, and implementing impactful process improvement projects.
