What You’ll Do
- Review partner hardware requests and provide technical and logistics solutions for deployments.
- Be a technology and product expert for all products supported by the Hardware Solutions team.
- Communicate technical standards and requirements to all stakeholders. These products include but are not limited to:
- First-party hardware and software for Meta, Mac, and PCs
- Mobile device management
- Mixed Reality devices/wearables such as Quest and Ray-Ban Meta
- Align technical setup and breakdown schedules for all teams involved
- Provide logistics and inventory management support
- Troubleshoot hardware, platform, and networking issues

What You Need To Succeed
- 3–5 years of large-scale event planning experience in the technology industry.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems with both software and hardware.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networking deployment and protocols.
- Experience with mixed reality and wearables is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lead meetings.
- Highly motivated and able to work both independently and cross-functionally with partners and support teams on-site at events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting while adapting to rapidly evolving processes and procedures.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events.
- Proficiency with industry-standard collaborative productivity software: G-Suite, LucidChart, MS Office; experience with Asana and inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert for new technology.
- Ability to travel if required (domestically and internationally) – approximately 40% of the time.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
