Overview

As IT Operations Specialist, you ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for the London office and act as a key contact for employee technical support. You support local and global infrastructure, automation, and workplace tech to deliver an excellent end-user experience. You collaborate with global IT teams to align with policies and standards, while enabling secure and efficient work. You will influence workplace technology delivery and incident resolution with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • End-user support as primary contact for hardware, software, account, and access issues
  • Oversee onboarding, daily support, and offboarding to ensure smooth employee lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, mobile, SaaS, and workplace technologies; escalate when needed
  • Lead device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management with a focus on Mac devices
  • Manage asset tracking and inventory documentation; coordinate hardware refreshes
  • Administer user provisioning/deprovisioning across core apps and SaaS platforms
  • Support identity and access management using Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and related tools
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to drive standardisation and service improvements
  • Provide first-line AV and conference room support; assist with events and readiness checks

Key requirements

  • Proven IT support or IT operations experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Ability to work independently across diverse technical and operational duties
  • Strong troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, endpoint devices, SaaS, and collaboration tools
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management, IAM, and ITSM platforms
  • Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar
  • Advanced macOS support experience in provisioning, enrolment, and end-user support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to manage competing priorities
