This position is responsible for creating high-end digital content—including video, photography—and standardizing content delivery and video production. Based in London under the GTS AV (Workplace Technology) umbrella, the role will manage regional strategy, projects, broadcasts, studio work, and event videography/photography. It will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Events, Social Media, Business Services, and Leadership, while aligning with global teams to ensure a consistent, unified approach to content.
The AV Production Specialist is responsible for organizing, production and editing practices for the diverse projects across our offices. The specialist is responsible for creating and editing various media formats to a completed finished result. The AV Production Specialist is responsible for overseeing media projects from initiation through the post process and completion of our project.
- Ability to produce, record and edit content within short timeframes.
- Produce high end photography and various other still shot projects.
- Create digital content for our digital signage and wayfinding systems.
- Create backgrounds and text for our scheduling system.
- Deliver polished completed media to various groups on a timely manner.
- Create content from the broadcasting studio with various cameras, microphones and live capturing.
- Editing raw videos, applying lower thirds, colour correction, timelines and transcriptions.
- Work closely with our Marketing teams on standardizing our global brand and delivery approach.
- Work with various scripts, voice overs, podcasts, interviews, special projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with vendors and consultants to identify all necessary equipment, shipping, rental logistics for all the offsite events and global programs for the Firm.
- Assist with media editing and duplication, upload to our media distribution, and digital asset management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3 + years hands on experience in video recording, editing, photography, and digital creation.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop.
- Advanced Knowledge of All-digital workflows and audio/video formats, codecs, frame rates.
- Advanced Knowledge of conversions, media repository and media distribution technology.
- Advanced Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows.
- Excellent communications skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
