Role Overview As the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist Lead, you will be a key member of the People Leadership team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure these programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with EOS’s strategic goals and values. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of global C&B practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and global market practices.
  • Design a structured annual salary review process, including salary structure reviews, merit increases, and bonus calculations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive job architecture, including career levels, progression pathways, and grading frameworks.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to determine equitable salary offers for new hires, promotions, and client RFPs.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend program enhancements.
  • Manage global employee benefits programs (e.g., pensions, healthcare), ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and negotiate benefit contracts with providers for cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Oversee third-party Employer of Record (EOR) providers globally.
  • Monitor legislative changes and market trends to ensure compliance and recommend updates.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits programs clearly and consistently to employees.
  • Provide guidance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation policies, job levelling, and total rewards.
  • Support training initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive information.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in global compensation and benefits, with expertise in UK, ROI, and AMERS regions; APAC experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global employment laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structure design.
  • Experience managing diverse benefits programs, including pensions and healthcare.
  • Proficiency in compensation survey tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in compensation and benefits are advantageous.
