Role Overview:
As Client Director , you will be the primary point of contact for all aspects of the customer\’s global account based in the UK and EU markets. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, requirements, and budget constraints, and all other aspects of the customer\’s account.
Responsibilities:
- Expand brand revenue by actively pursuing new business opportunities with multinational corporations (MNCs), while managing existing client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account management, developing and nurturing enduring client relationships.
- Capitalize on new growth opportunities within your assigned territory and collaborate closely with the broader sales team to identify additional opportunities with existing accounts.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and secure agreements to optimize profitability.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors by understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Travel internationally to address client needs, achieve sales targets, report on activities, and monitor key account metrics while forecasting the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: A track record of success managing day-to-day sales operations as a Client Director, with demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and achieving sales objectives.
- Sales Experience: A demonstrated ability to generate sales revenues ranging from £20 to £50 million, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- IT Expertise: Familiarity with IT solutions and services, especially in areas like video, collaboration, networking, and managed services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-level personnel.
- Proposal and Negotiation Skills: Ability to comprehend customer requirements, position and negotiate proposals within business IT and Procurement groups, and successfully close deals ensuring alignment for customer needs with the organization\’s offerings.
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Solid experience with CRM software and an ability to effectively manage and maintain a sales pipeline.
