Overview
As a Junior Project Manager within our Global Product Security team, you will support cross-functional collaboration to streamline security-focused projects. You drive efficiency proposals, maintain documentation, and track progress with metrics. You will help manage workloads, address risks, and stay aligned with evolving security standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced security domain with global impact, contributing to project delivery that enhances product security posture.
Responsibilities
- Support relationships with program managers, Global Product Security management, and subject matter experts
- Draft improvement proposals and implement changes for greater efficiency
- Maintain and standardize documentation and processes
- Report performance metrics to evaluate progress and success
- Proactively resolve potential issues and propose solutions
- Research industry standards and communicate updates on emerging technologies
- Assist Program Manager workload to meet project deadlines
- Support project/service meetings to understand scope and address concerns
Key requirements
- Associated Undergraduate / Post graduate degree in Business / Management, or similar
- Proven track record in a project delivery environment with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Some experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within security, technology, or operational environment
- Working towards, or holding, a PRINCE2 Foundation qualification or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- Experience in logistics, operations, security, or fast-paced environments would be advantageous
