Overview
In this role, you ensure the accuracy and integrity of global inventory operations across multiple warehouses. You will act as the focal point for inventory issues, support global warehouse teams, and drive cycle count compliance and audit outcomes. You’ll analyze inventory data, generate regular reports, and contribute to dashboard improvements with the BI team. This position offers impact through continuous improvement of inventory processes in a worldwide, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within SLAs
- Process stock reclassifications accurately
- Conduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews
- Lead cycle count compliance and issue resolution
- Perform quarterly inventory audits across global warehouses
- Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams
- Participate in daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams
- Analyze inventory and ticketing data to identify trends and risks
- Produce and distribute weekly inventory reports
- Support development of inventory dashboards with BI team
- Maintain and update inventory SOPs
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience using an ERP system
- Proven inventory management experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a global team
