b Overview /b p As an Associate Recruiter, you will support our global Data Centre hiring program by screening candidates and validating technical fit. You’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience. You’ll handle interview coordination, evaluation, and recruitment administration across multiple regions, helping scale critical technical roles. This role combines hands-on screening with stakeholder-facing coordination to enable efficient, compliant hiring. You will contribute to a world-class talent network that supports EOS’s growth and technology leadership. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Conduct structured screening and technical qualification calls for data centre and infrastructure roles. /li li Assess candidates technical skills, experience, and fit against role requirements. /li li Provide feedback and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers. /li li Maintain a consistent, objective screening process across requisitions. /li li Build and manage active candidate pipelines; support multi-geography hiring. /li li Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; assist direct sourcing as needed. /li li Promote EOS employer brand through professional candidate interactions. /li li Coordinate interviews and manage logistics across time zones. /li li Ensure timely candidate communication and updates throughout the process. /li li Support interview scheduling, reporting, and pipeline tracking. /li li Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination as required. /li li Ensure recruitment processes comply with policies and data privacy; contribute to process improvements. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or talent sourcing. /li li Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating candidate suitability. /li li Ability to assess technical skills in infrastructure, IT, engineering, or data centre environments. /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills. /li li Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities. /li li High attention to detail and accuracy in recruitment administration. /li li Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies. /li li Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. /li li Ability to work effectively across regions, cultures and time zones. /li li Proactive, collaborative, customer-focused approach. /li /ul ul li communication /li li organization /li li stakeholder management /li li ATS usage /li li recruitment technologies /li li technical screening methodologies (infrastructure/IT) /li /ul
