About the Role The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of global inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations.
This role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for inventory-related issues, supporting global warehouse teams, ensuring cycle count compliance, investigating discrepancies, and producing regular reporting and audit findings.
Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within agreed SLAs.
Conduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews.
Conduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouse locations.
Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams.
Attend daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams.
Analyse inventory and ticketing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Produce and distribute weekly inventory reports.
Support the development and enhancement of inventory dashboards in partnership with the BI team.
Maintain and update inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proven experience in inventory management.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
