The Clinical Activation Specialist is based in the UK and reports to the Head of Sales & Partnerships / Europe & North America with a dotted line to the Head of Clinical Operations, and will be responsible for driving clear aligner utilization by conducting online and field‑based clinical support, ensuring the optimal dental practice environment and workflows are in place for the successful adoption and implementation of our aligner solutions. The role combines in‑practice expertise and experience in a field‑based role with in‑depth clinical knowledge to educate and assist dental practices, ensuring optimal product usage, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. This role shall foster strong relationships with clients, promote clear aligner products, and ensure that all technical and clinical inquiries are addressed effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Support clinical and business development programs by identifying growth opportunities, delivering training, and helping address clinical/technical questions from customers, including dentists, hygienists, and practice staff.
- Promote clear aligner products to dental professionals, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Act as the clinical expert, providing detailed answers to technical and dental‑related questions from clients, including how to effectively implement and use clear aligners.
- Travel extensively to provide in‑person clinical support to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist dental professionals in troubleshooting any issues or concerns related to clear aligner products, offering practical solutions and guidance.
- Provide clinical support by assisting with case selection, treatment planning, and troubleshooting complex cases during in‑person visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on both sales and clinical aspects of clear aligners.
- Identify key challenges within the dental practice environment and work to develop targeted training content and programs to address them.
- Deliver hands‑on training in dental practices, including product use, treatment protocols, and case planning.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues related to the clear aligner products.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and clinical support efforts in CRM or other systems.
- Provide regular reports on client feedback and market insights to management.
- Represent Eon Dental at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, conducting on‑site workshops and educational sessions.
- Gather customer feedback in the field and relay insights to internal teams to improve product offerings and support.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work‑related issues, and elevate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
