About Eolas
Accessing medical knowledge rapidly and easily at the point of care is still very difficult for healthcare professionals. Eolas Medical is transforming how critical medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care. We have a vision that the future of healthcare ensures that the world’s medical knowledge is queried, seamlessly in real time, for every clinical decision ever made for a patient. We’re building and deploying the “brain of an AI doctor”. Designed and developed by doctors, the platform aggregates and indexes tens of thousands of items of medical content, enabling rapid and accurate decision-making. It’s currently being used by hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals globally, over 85% of acute NHS hospitals, 40% of all doctors in Ireland and also used in world leading institutions in the US including Stanford Healthcare, Mass General and Boston Children’s Hospital. We’ve just closed a $12 million Series A fundraise and we’re now hiring our first dedicated Customer Success and Implementation Lead to help healthcare teams and systems onboard content and users to ensure healthcare professionals have no unanswered questions when treating patients in their organisation.
If you are an experienced Sales Account Executive who loves getting close to the users to ensure problems are solved and targets are hit, this is one of those rare roles where your decisions will literally influence how doctors treat patients every day.
The Opportunity
Hospitals are made up of dozens of individual departments, each with their own budgets, decision makers, and needs. Rather than slow, top down enterprise sales, Eolas is focused on high velocity, departmental level SaaS sales, sold directly to clinical departments. There are approximately 2 million hospital departments globally. Our goal is to establish Eolas as the default clinical knowledge platform across this entire ecosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced SaaS Account Executive who has successfully closed high volumes of deals and wants to apply that skillset in a meaningful, fast growing AI healthcare company.
The Role
As an Account Executive at Eolas, you will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for consistently closing departmental SaaS deals. This is a hands-on role requiring speed, discipline, and strong deal management. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and play a key role in shaping Eolas’s go to market approach, sales playbook, and scalable processes. You will not be handing deals off. You will not be measured on meetings booked. You will be measured on revenue closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Consistently close high volumes of SaaS deals with hospital departments
- Manage a high volume pipeline of transactional but consultative deals
- Build relationships with clinicians, departmental leads, and operational stakeholders
- Clearly articulate the value of Eolas and AI powered clinical knowledge in a clinical setting
- Drive adoption across multiple departments within the same hospital
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline hygiene
- Capture repeatable patterns and contribute to building Eolas’s Sales Playbook
- Work closely with product and leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience as an Account Executive selling SaaS
- Demonstrable track record of closing deals at volume
- Experience managing a high velocity, transactional sales cycle
- Comfortable running multiple deals in parallel
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
- Highly self motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience selling workflow or productivity software
- Interest in AI, clinical tools, or healthcare technology
We are not looking for:
- Enterprise only sellers with long, top down sales cycles
- SDRs looking for their first closing role
- Candidates without direct SaaS closing experience

Who Will Thrive in This Role
You enjoy running a fast paced pipeline, closing deals frequently, and seeing the direct impact of your work. You are commercially sharp, process minded, and motivated by building something from an early stage. You want more than just hitting quota, you want to help build how sales works in a company with real impact. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
