Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business and become part of a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team. EOC Services Limited is expanding and is looking for an External Sales Representative to support continued growth. This is a varied, hands-on role reporting directly to the Directors, offering real responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression.

The Role

  • Managing enquiries from both new and existing customers, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Visiting customer sites to understand requirements and propose solutions.
  • Preparing designs and producing accurate quotations.
  • Supporting and collaborating with other members of the sales team.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinating with external trades involved in installation projects.
  • Maintaining strong organisation to manage communications and follow-ups.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in the Air Conditioning sales sector (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
