The Employee Ownership Association in the UK is seeking a Director of External Affairs and Growth to lead the EO advocacy and external affairs strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver powerful events programmes that accelerate adoption of Great EO.

You will shape the narrative, ensure insights and policy recommendations land with impact, and lead high‑performing teams to champion EO and influence change, helping build a fairer, more resilient economy.
